From Drawing to Delivery: How a Custom Aluminum Order Works at Haoyi

A custom aluminum order is not a single product. It is a system: profiles, connectors, fabrication and installation support, matched to one project. Haoyi’s process has four steps, and each step needs something from you.

Step 1 — Brief: define the application

Share drawings, dimensions, site conditions, finish expectations and target quantities. This is the step where most delays are born: a missing dimension or an unconfirmed finish expectation will come back as a question later, so it is cheaper to send it now. Dimensions in millimetres, please.

Step 2 — Engineering: select the system

Profiles, connectors and fabrication details are matched against the project requirement. Haoyi’s range covers seven systems: infrastructure (bridge and roadside systems), architectural railings, gates and fencing, outdoor structures, extruded profiles, handrails and details, and cast aluminum. The engineering step is where a profile stops being a catalog item and becomes part of your assembly.

Step 3 — Production: machine and finish

Profiles are produced, cut, machined, welded and assembled with controlled component compatibility. Haoyi integrates independent R&D, production, installation and sales in Jiangsu, China, with automated machining and multiple welding capabilities — the work runs from the profile outward, matching section, finish, fabrication and installation to the demands of each project.

Step 4 — Delivery: support the build

Delivery and installation support are coordinated for the complete aluminum system. Share the delivery destination and timeline in your brief so this step is planned, not improvised.
