A quotation for custom aluminum profiles is only as accurate as the brief behind it. The more complete the information you send, the fewer rounds of clarification — and the closer the first quotation is to the final price.
What to send
- The application. Where the profiles will be used — bridge railing, balcony railing, gate, pergola, or an industrial assembly — and the conditions they will face. The application decides which system fits.
- Drawings. A profile drawing, cross-section, or assembly sketch. Custom work at Haoyi starts from your drawing, not from a standard catalog item.
- Dimensions in millimetres. Section dimensions, lengths, and wall thickness, all in mm. If a dimension is still open, say so rather than guessing — an approximate figure quoted as final causes more delay than a blank left honestly open.
- Quantities. Target quantity per profile, and whether the order is a single project or a recurring supply.
- Finish expectations. Surface finish is custom on request. Describe the look or performance you need rather than naming a process you are unsure about; Haoyi matches the finish to the project.
- Delivery destination. Country and site or port, so transport can be included in the quotation.
What happens next
Haoyi works in four steps. First, the brief: your drawings, dimensions, site conditions, finish expectations and target quantities are reviewed. Second, engineering: profiles, connectors and fabrication details are matched against the project requirement. Third, production: profiles are produced, cut, machined, welded and assembled with controlled component compatibility. Fourth, delivery: delivery and installation support are coordinated for the complete aluminum system.
Three questions buyers ask first
- Lead time? Arranged according to your project requirements — share your timeline in the inquiry.
- Samples? Available on request, before you commit to a full order.
A profile drawing alone does not establish the performance of a complete assembly, so the required project standards should be identified before agreeing the supply scope. Send the brief, and Haoyi will confirm what can be supplied and what is still needed.
