Railings, gates and pergolas look simple from the outside. The choice that matters is not the shape alone but the system behind it: the profile section, the connectors, the finish, and whether the parts are made to work together.
Start from the application, not the catalog
- Railings — balcony, stair and landscape railing profiles. Tell Haoyi where the railing goes, the height and span you need, and whether it is indoors or outdoors.
- Gates and fencing — slatted, ornamental and component-led gate systems. A gate is a moving assembly, so the frame, infill, hinges and locking points matter as much as the profile.
- Pergolas and outdoor structures — pergolas, trellises and landscape systems. Outdoor structures carry their own loads and weather exposure, so section size and finish deserve more attention than appearance alone.
Use the specification data
Every series is organized around usable production data: profile code, section dimensions in mm, unit weight, and component notes. For example, the technical library lists ZY-QL001 at 125 × 150 × 5.0 mm, ZY-QL015 at 150 × 150 × 4.0 mm, and ZY-QL031 at 106 × 187 × 8.0 mm — representative data from the catalog; dimensions and weights may vary by specification. Give the profile code when you enquire, and the conversation starts from data instead of from zero.
What to confirm before you order
- Dimensions in millimetres. Lengths, heights, spans and wall thickness — all in mm.
- Finish. Surface finishes are custom on request. Describe the expected look and the environment the product will live in.
- Scope. Are you buying profiles only, or a fabricated assembly with connectors and installation support? Haoyi supplies both, but the quotation depends on which one you mean.
- Standards. The required project standards should be identified before agreeing the supply scope — a drawing alone does not prove how a complete assembly will perform.
